Wehen is the dominant team in the league. last week they had a disappointing draw, but should be able to get back on track vs. a mediocre and not particular home-strong Ingolstadt
Karlsruhe- Hoffenheim: Hoffenheim -0.5 @ 1.95
similar situation here: Hoffenheim is one of the two top teams but is also coming off a draw after starting the second half of the season with a dominant away win. Karlsruhe is playing against relegation. They should be outmatched here by an motivated Hoffenheim which already won twice (cup and league) this season vs. Karlsruhe.

Lübeck is a solid team and despite mediocre results lately they are still in the hunt for promotion. They are playing with a new coach today and from all i can read he brings very positive emotions to the team and fans. So you can expect strong support and a very motivated team.
Gladbach meanwhile is dead last in the standings with a 2 away wins and 9 losses. this mismatch supported by he "new-coach"- situation makes it my regionallliga play of the day.
Dresden- Erfurt: Dreden -0.5 @2.0
Both teams still with chances for promotion, but struggeling a bit lately. nevertheless Dresden is the 2nd best home team in league (8-1-2) and Erfurt got some injury problems on defense.

Schalke the league leader is coming off two losses and everybody is talking about a big crisis. but in both losses they played well and should have won. they still have some injury problems, but an away game without the pressure of the fans should help them. they are a strong defensive team, which is very dangerous on the fast break. that s what i am looking for today as also the coach has changed their formation from a 4-3-3 to a much faster 4-4-2.
Hannover is playing better football recently, but their success is mainly based on standard situations. it will be difficult from them to score against the solid Schalke def. in these situation.
History is on Schalke s side as 3 of last 4 games at Hannover were away- wins

Gladbach is playing better recently although sitting in last place. the team still believes they can stay in the league and that is mainly due to home- success.
Berlin is one of the weakest away teams in the league. Since Bastürk is out with a injury they are in a big negative streak. As they have additionall key-injuries i cannot see them breaking the trend against a highly motivated Gladbach team.
Cottbus- Aachen: Cottbus pk,-0.5 @1.88
two teams fighting for relegation facing each other. both teams have mixe dresults, but usually generating their points at home. That should give Cottbus the main nadvatnage. They won the lst "releagation match" at home vs. Bielefeld and i expect a similar outcome today. Aachen got a big mental blow, by knowing this week that their captain suffered a season ending injury.

It s a pretty open game and a big derby. Bochum knows they are playing against relegation and is playing much btter football recently. Last week s away loss at Bremen you should not weigh to heavy as they were missing key player Misimovic who is back today.
Dortmund meanwhile is struggeling big time and, although all the expectation are ponted in direction of Uefa-cup spots, they are suddenly just 2 points ahead of the relegation zone. this is mainly due to a lack of efford. nobody in Dortmund is really relizing the situation.
Their key- national-team defender Metzelder announced this week to leave the club in direction of Real. that again brought a lot of distraction and trouble in the club.
History says it will be a draw (like last 4 match-ups), but i like the chances for the home team with a pk- line.

Duisburg is one of the favs for promotion. they are not as dominant as in first half of season but especially at home very solid and high scoring. Fürth is playing much better recently and is in the mids of the table. They are a team that has definetely no fear to play with the big teams (as they used to be one of them in 2.Liga). So i dont expect them to play too defensively.
Key factor here for the over is Duisburg. 5 of last 6 games have seen at least 3 goals. in 9 of last 10 Duisburg games there was a score for and against them. That means they are scoring a lot, but are also not able to shut anybody down. if you add the Fürth is also a good team who will go for the win, it s a matter if any team scores twice to get the over and that is very likely.
Köln- Unterhaching: Köln -1 @2.07
Köln is in mids of a very disappointing season. Since last week coach Daum has officially said they are already preparing for next year. As the situation is in Köln it means that a lot of players playing for their contracts. That showed already in last week s 1-2 loss at Karlsruhe, where Köln was the better team and all players have shown probably the best efford all season. i am looking for the same today.
Unterhaching is struggeling big time right now. They are playing against relegation and have problems especially in away games, where they have lost 4 in a row.

With a win they are tied 2nd and only 4 pts behind Schalke. that s a big chance and with the confident play especially at home it s the typical situation München will not lay down.
Bremen meanwhile is still struggeling compared to first half of season. they are somewhat struggeling to score and they dont need the win here as bad as Bayern.
Strength should not be a factor here as both teams were involved in european action thru the week.

The result in the game Bayern-Werder is unbelievable. I have watched a lot of soccer games, but i have never seen a more undeserved point for Werder in this game. Normally, Bayern must lead 6 or 7-0 at half if they just convert half of their chances. Bremen didn't have one chance the whole game and just made a goal because of an error of Kahn. Betting soccer is brutal.This draw is the biggest joke i've seen in a long time.
